  1. How long does it take for my deal to get published on the BeThere Deals platform?
    This process can take as little as a few minutes. If you have been verified as a merchant, our content team will be reviewing your deal as soon as they can. If your deal meets our criteria, then the approval will be almost immediate. If your offer does not quite obey fit the guidelines, then our team will be in contact with you in the near future.
  2. What happens if I have forgotten my password?
    Go to the portal front page (www.bethereb2b.com) and click on the "Forgot My Password" link. This will lead you to make a new password request. The BeThere Support Team will be in contact with you promptly with a new password.
  3. Why can I create more than one venue?
    This is designed for businesses that might have more than one retail location (like retail chains, for example). We have architected our system to enable the creation of several stores under the same corporate umbrella. This may not apply to all merchants, however.
  4. What happens after I complete the Company Registration portion?
    The BeThere Support staff reviews your company credentials for merchant verification. During that process, our team may reach out and contact a member of your team to make sure that no one is impersonating your business. Once that process is complete, you will receive an email confirming that you have been verified as a merchant. That email will contain your login information that will then allow you to start entering your offers into our platform.
  5. Why should I upload photos of my business/venue?
    We highly encourage you to upload photos of your business as it gives users a good glimpse into the experience they will be having by visiting your store. Because human beings are visual animals, we also know that pictures will bring added color and credibility to your establishment, particularly to folks who have never been there before.
  6. How can I enhance the chances of my offer being accepted on the BeThere Deals platform?
    BeThere has provided a set of "Guidelines for Offers" to all merchants, which you can find here[link to Guidelines page]. These should help you figure out what makes for a valid deal and valuable addition to the BeThere Deals platform.
  7. How much does this service cost?
    For the short term, this service is free to all new merchants. BeThere has a company mission of delivering value to merchants before charging for its offering. So take full advantage of this grace period and enter as many deals as you would like. It's all free advertising now. What more could one ask for?
  8. What happens when my offer expires?
    When one of your deals expires, it becomes part of your Expired Deals on the portal You can view this category of deals, and even decide to revive past deals for the future. We have decided to allow for this, particularly for cases where a deal has brought you great results. Why change things if they were working great, right?
  9. Can I enter any deal into the B2B portal/platform?
    Absolutely. You can be as creative as you would like in entering deals. And we certainly encourage you to do so. To best maximize the chances for your deal to be approved and published, you will want to refer to our "Guidelines to Offers" document, which you can find here[link to Guidelines page],
  10. What is considered a "Venue" in the portal?
    A venue is a retail location or a store. We have decided to term it "venue" because these retail locations can come in many shapes and sizes. A company can have several "venues" in the system, with each "venue" having its own separate deal.
